Our sales staff are not paid on a commission basis, and do not have sales "targets" to reach, so they are able to concentrate on finding the right product to suit the customers individual needs.

There is a huge free car park outside the store, with special Disabled car parking spaces. Sloped access into store for wheelchair users, with all the displays on one level. We have both a wheelchair and walking frame in store for those customers who may require a degree of help getting around A fun feature is the unique in-store play areas for kids, soft play for toddlers.
The Sleep Centre Bed Superstore opened it's doors on the 10th of March 2001 after a lot of hard work. Starting from scratch in the huge dilapidated building to get it back into retail condition, new electrics, lighting and water, heating, suspended ceiling, kitchen and toilet facilities, all had to be installed, and not to mention the 3,500 carpet tiles!
It instantly became Kent's largest retail bed store, in the process creating new employment in Thanet, and turning a derelict warehouse in the High Street Ramsgate, empty for nine years, back into a thriving, quality, retail environment, but still with all the qualities of a family business.
